(1) The juvenile correctional home should have the following arrangements for emergency situations:-
(a) Security, awareness and precautionary measures to be adopted for all the staff and children of the Children's Correctional Home in order to be safe and secure in case of emergencies according to their age,
(b. In case of emergency: provision of safety of disabled, sick, disabled and young children,
(C emergency. The arrangement of bells indicating the situation,
(d). Arrangements for reporting emergency situations so that children with disabilities can have easy access.
(2) For the arrangement as per sub-rule (1), the juvenile correctional home shall prepare and implement an action plan and shall inform the Ministry thereof.
